Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an AV/UC Level 3 Support specialist to deploy and support our global AV/UC estate. The role focuses on managing enterprise AV projects, troubleshooting networked video systems, and driving adoption of conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams and Webex.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Projects, Infrastructure, and Operations teams, deliver end-to-end support for video conferencing rooms, and provide executive-level assistance across multiple sites

Qualifications

Extensive experience in AV/UC implementations and videoconference networks.
Proven ability to deploy and support Cisco Telepresence and UC systems.
Experience with RingCentral, Webex, Zoom, and Teams in enterprise environments.
Strong troubleshooting and end-to-end project deployment skills.
Collaborative work style across global teams.

Responsibilities

Manage enterprise network audio-video-related projects.
Troubleshoot video issues on network and report progress.
Drive adoption of video conferencing services (Zoom, Teams, Webex).
Plan and coordinate expansions of video and voice networks; perform upgrades.
Interface with Projects, Infrastructure, and Operations teams; provide status updates.
Support events, exhibitions and special projects with AV/UC capabilities.
Provide executive-level AV/UC support for leadership.
Deliver local and remote collaboration support; assist remote users.
