Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Head of Marketing Product Delivery to orchestrate delivery across a global portfolio of marketing technology, digital experiences and data initiatives. You will partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate strategy into executable plans, ensuring quality and predictable delivery across geographies and markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme delivery, portfolio leadership or digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale global digital or enterprise programmes.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-year investment portfolios.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering and Marketing leadership.
• Experience delivering marketing technology platforms and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement delivery strategy aligned with business objectives and roadmaps.
• Lead and develop a team of delivery leads across multiple domains.
• Oversee planning and execution of complex programmes across Marketing portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities across Product, Engineering, Experience Design, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Deployment & Adoption and markets.
• Maintain governance, transparency and delivery discipline to scale outcomes.
