Job summary

Haleon in the UK is seeking an Experience Enablement Delivery Lead to drive the marketing enablement transformation. You will build capabilities, governance, and operating models to scale digital marketing across global markets, partnering with the Customer Growth Centre of Excellence.

You will lead initiatives in Content as a Service, content operations, automation, and workflow transformation, ensuring teams have the tools and processes to create, approve, and activate content efficiently and

Qualifications

Enterprise-scale transformation experience in marketing operations or content operations.
Experience leading operating model, process, or capability transformations.
Strong stakeholder management across global organisations.
Experience managing multi-market programs and cross-functional teams.
Certification in SAFe, PMP, or Prince2 Agile.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of the Experience Enablement portfolio across multiple markets.
Deliver content automation, governance, and marketing workflow transformations.
Drive adoption readiness and value realisation across markets.
Establish governance, metrics, and reporting for delivery excellence.
Collaborate with Global Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Data, and Tech teams.
