Haleon is seeking a Head of Marketing Product Delivery to lead a global portfolio of marketing technology, digital experience and analytics initiatives. You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate strategy into executable plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence and governance across multiple geographies.

• Proven ability to manage multi-year investment portfolios and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leadership: develop delivery strategy aligned with objectives and translate ambitions into executable plans.
• Team Leadership: mentor and develop delivery professionals, fostering collaboration and governance.
• Portfolio & Delivery Oversight: oversee multiple complex programmes across Marketing Enablement, Digital Experience Platforms and A&P Effectiveness, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence across the organisation.
