• Enablement Portfolio Leadership & Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery of the Experience Enablement portfolio, including Content as a Service, content operations, content governance, and marketing workflow transformation.
• Lead delivery across multiple global markets, ensuring alignment with business priorities, market readiness, and strategic objectives.
• Oversee integrated plans spanning product, content operations, deployment, change, compliance, and commercial teams.
• Drive delivery of scalable marketing capabilities that improve content creation efficiency, governance effectiveness, and speed-to-market.
• Marketing Operations & Capability Transformation: Deliver solutions that automate content creation, review, approval, localization, and distribution activities.
• Adoption, Readiness & Value Realisation: Ensure markets are prepared to adopt new capabilities through effective business readiness planning.
