Job summary

Haleon plc is seeking a Delivery Governance Manager within the Commercial Digital Services Value Pool, part of the Digital & Technology function. The role ensures governance, transparency, and portfolio control across a complex delivery landscape and works with delivery teams and the Portfolio CoE to maintain alignment with enterprise standards while supporting agile, fast-paced delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in PMO, delivery governance, or programme oversight.
Strong reporting and analytics, including dashboards.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a global matrix environment.
Experience with risk, issue, and dependency management across multi‑workstream programmes.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks.
Develop standards, templates, and processes for planning, reporting, risk, dependencies, and change control.
Ensure governance structures align with enterprise standards while enabling agility.
Provide visibility of performance, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio.
Coordinate governance forums and stakeholder alignment, including steering and delivery assurance meetings.
Drive continuous improvement across governance practices and promote best-practice sharing.
