Haleon, a global consumer health company, seeks an Experience Execution Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of digital experiences, websites, and personalization across multiple markets. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Global Marketing to ensure high-quality, scalable platforms.

Based in the UK, you will drive delivery governance, risk management, and value realisation while aligning with cyber and architectural standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale digital platform and technology delivery programmes.
• Experience with web platforms, CMS, DAM, and personalization engines.
• Leadership of engineering and cross-functional delivery teams in global organisations.
• Proficiency in Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Experience in consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
• SAFe, PMP, Prince2 Agile, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Experience Execution portfolio across website platforms and personalization.
• Lead delivery across multiple global markets aligned to roadmaps and capacity.
• Oversee integrated delivery plans across product, engineering, architecture, deployment and operations.
• Drive platform enhancements, releases, migrations, and capability launches.
• Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity requirements.
• Provide delivery visibility and governance updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support market launches and operational transition post-deployment.
