• Significant experience delivering enterprise-scale business transformation, marketing operations, or content operations programmes.
• Experience leading operating model, process, or capability transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex global organisations.
• Experience managing multi-market programmes and cross-functional teams.
• Strong programme governance, risk management, and delivery leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Experience Enablement portfolio, including Content as a Service, content operations, governance, and marketing workflow transformation.
• Lead delivery across multiple global markets, ensuring alignment with business priorities, market readiness, and strategic objectives.
• Oversee integrated plans spanning product, content operations, deployment, change, compliance, and commercial teams.
• Drive delivery of scalable marketing capabilities that improve content creation efficiency, governance effectiveness, and speed-to-market.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
