Job summary

Haleon plc. seeks an A&P Effectiveness Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of the portfolio across global markets. You will orchestrate product, analytics, engineering and deployment teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable business value.

This senior role requires strong governance, strategic stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering data-driven marketing transformation programmes in complex organisations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale digital, analytics or marketing transformation programmes.
• Proven track record delivering data-driven capabilities for decision making and value realisation.
• Strong governance, risk and delivery-management capabilities.
• Experience working in global, multi-market, highly matrixed organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the A&P Effectiveness portfolio across markets.
• Lead multiple product, analytics, engineering and market-workstreams.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business value.
• Establish governance, reporting and KPI frameworks for success.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and investment decisions.
