Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Warehouse & Import/Export Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and international shipments. You will ensure accurate records, customs compliance, and timely delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with warehouse management systems, plus a forklift license and solid organizational abilities. Onsite role based in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or import/export coordination.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Understanding of shipping documentation and customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Prepare and process import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists and customs declarations.
• Update shipment data in CRM/Oracle systems and maintain filing systems.
