Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is looking for specialists within logistics and trade to join a world leader in engineering technology, a role critical to supporting global import and export operations, alongside overseeing repair orders for the UK and worldwide.

Reporting into the UK Shipping Manager, you'll support import/export and assist in the management of orders for UK and global repairs. You will collaborate with sales, logistics, warehouse and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Background in Import/Export with understanding of compliance and trade regulations
• Commercial awareness with experience in an import/export focused business and warehouse environment
• Technical ability with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft software products

Responsibilities

• Paperwork and processes of UK/Global orders and repair shipments
• Ensuring deliveries are monitored and customs are adhered to
• Maintain and effectively record all import/export controls and documentation, ensuring these comply with regulatory agencies
• Support to internal customers and different teams across the business – sales, logistics, warehouse, procurement
