Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Warehouse & Import/Export Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and domestic/international shipments. You will manage documentation, coordinate with carriers, and ensure accurate records and timely deliveries.

You bring experience in warehouse, logistics or import/export coordination, proficiency with Excel and Warehouse Management Systems, and a valid forklift license.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or import/export coordination.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Understanding of shipping documentation and customs requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience using CRM or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Valid forklift truck license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment activities.
• Ensure products are stored safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with carriers and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment issues.
