Job summary

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will use Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, to keep records, monitor performance, and communicate with carriers and hotel locations to ensure on-time service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast paced warehouse distribution office environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork and coordinate transportation and deliveries for outgoing shipments daily.
• Assist in monitoring daily routing to prioritise on-time delivery/pickup.
• Monitor regular vehicle maintenance, condition, and operation for assigned location.
• Coordinate shipping and paperwork for orders shipped daily.
