Expert Employment Limited is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the UK to oversee the end-to-end movement of goods into and out of the Centre. You will liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, internal teams and worldwide clients to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

Responsibilities include acting as the Centre logistics focal point, processing movement requests, applying correct import/export tariff codes and DG statuses, tracking shipments, updating stakeholders, and maintaining electronic

Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-changing environment.
High sense of responsibility and accountability handling government declarations.
Experience in import/export processes and document control.
Strong coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

Be the Centre logistics focal point.
Manage movement requests from Vendors, Centre internal functions and worldwide customer locations.
Apply correct import/export duty tariff codes and DG statuses to shipments.
Monitor shipment execution, track movements, and manage deviations with logistics suppliers.
Ensure proper storage of electronic documents in the system.
Complete Import and Export declaration documents electronically to CDS.
