Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the movement of goods into and out of the Centre, ensuring accurate handling of shipments and timely updates to stakeholders. The role requires coordinating with freight forwarders, vendors and internal teams worldwide, and applying import/export codes and DG status to shipments.

• Good and clear communication with freight forwarders, vendors, internal stakeholders and clients worldwide.
• Ability to prioritize work and multitask as needed.
• High sense of responsibility due to government declarations.

Responsibilities

• Be the Centre logistics focal point and manage movement requests from vendors, internal functions and worldwide locations.
• Ensure import/export duty tariff codes and DG status are correctly applied to shipments.
• Monitor shipment execution, track movements and manage deviations with logistics suppliers while updating internal stakeholders.
• Ensure proper storage of electronic documents in the system.
• Complete Import and Export declaration documents electronically to CDS.
