Job summary

Vertical Advantage Ltd in Central London seeks an Export Logistics Co-ordinator for a fast-growing international FMCG brand. You will manage international orders and export shipments from release to delivery, ensuring documentation is correct and customers are kept informed.

Key tasks include coordinating exports end-to-end, booking with freight forwards, preparing invoices and origin certificates, checking Incoterms, tracking shipments and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in export logistics or international order management.
• Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficient in ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Clear communicator with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export orders and shipments end to end.
• Book collections and deliveries with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Prepare export documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
• Ensure shipments meet customs, Incoterms and destination requirements.
• Track shipments and communicate delays or changes.
• Resolve shipment, documentation, customs and delivery issues.
• Check freight invoices and investigate cost discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and transport systems.
