Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the Centre's goods movement in the United Kingdom. The role involves handling shipments, ensuring government declarations are correct and maintaining accurate electronic records.

You will communicate with freight forwarders, vendors and internal teams worldwide, prioritise tasks, and uphold a high level of accountability throughout the import/export process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with freight forwarders, vendors, internal teams and clients.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
• High sense of responsibility when dealing with government declarations.

Responsibilities

• Be the Centre logistics focal point and manage movement requests from vendors and internal functions.
• Ensure correct import/export tariff codes and DG status on shipments.
• Monitor shipment execution, track movements and manage deviations with logistics suppliers.
• Ensure proper electronic storage of documents in the system.
• Complete Import and Export declarations electronically to CDS.
