Confidential is seeking an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to manage the end-to-end movement of goods across international markets. You will work with internal stakeholders, freight providers and operations to ensure shipments move efficiently and documentation is accurate.

Key duties include coordinating shipments from origin to delivery, preparing shipping and customs paperwork, and monitoring schedules while resolving issues.

Formación

• Experience in import/export, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation and customs processes.
• Experience coordinating international shipments.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with wider teams.
• Exposure to complex international movements or manufacturing-related supply chains would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating import and export shipments from origin through to final delivery.
• Preparing and managing shipping and customs documentation.
• Liaising with freight providers, carriers and key stakeholders.
