Job summary
Get Recruited Ltd. is recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator / Import & Export Coordinator in Chigwell. The role focuses on coordinating international shipments across road, sea and air, managing customs documentation and import/export processes, and negotiating with freight providers.
A hybrid working arrangement is offered with excellent benefits. You will liaise with suppliers, warehouses and customers to ensure timely deliveries, maintain ERP data, and contribute to ongoing logistics
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
- Experience coordinating international freight via road/sea/air.
- Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience.
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments across road, sea and air freight.
- Manage customs clearance documentation and import/export processes.
- Negotiate with freight forwarders, hauliers and transport providers.
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouses and customers to ensure delivery schedules.
- Plan and monitor shipments from order through to delivery.
- Maintain information across ERP system and Excel.
- Resolve delivery issues and identify solutions.
- Work with internal teams to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Support continuous improvements across logistics processes.
