Job summary

Calex UK is hiring a proactive LMS support and content-management specialist to join the Global LMS team. The role combines system support and content management responsibilities to deliver high-quality learning experiences for a global audience.

The role requires experience with LMS/ATS/CRM platforms, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage content and governance reporting. It is a hybrid position based in the UK, with offices in Whitley and Coventry.

Qualifications

• Experience using enterprise systems such as LMS, ATS, CRM in a professional setting.
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced).
• Strong Administration skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with data viz tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with good time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently and in a global team environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-starter with a flexible approach to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for LMS-related queries via global ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to learning assets and system configurations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders globally.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge bases.
• Load, test, and configure learning assets within the LMS; support global learner journeys.
