Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an LMS Coordinator to maintain the global Learning Management System, including configuration, user data, training content, assignments, reporting and access levels.

You will be a main point of contact for countries needing digital learning support, advise on LMS structure, and help deliver the L&D strategy through technology, with regular reporting to demonstrate impact and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Learning and development experience highly desirable.
• LMS Administration & Coordination highly desirable, especially within Cornerstone.
• Experience prioritising and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Global experience managing diverse cultures.
• Demonstrable customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global LMS configuration and user data.
• Support monthly and annual training reports.
• Assist in delivering L&D strategy through technology.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide ad hoc learning support across countries.
