Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an LMS Coordinator to support the global Learning Management System, including configuration, user data, training content, assignments, reporting and access levels. You will be the main contact for countries requesting digital learning support and help shape LMS structure with managers across the organisation.

Qualifications

• LMS administration and coordination experience desirable.
• Experience prioritising and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrable customer service excellence.
• Global experience interacting with multiple cultures desirable.
• Learning and development experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the global LMS including configuration, user data, training content, assignments, reporting and access levels.
• Act as main contact for countries seeking digital learning support and advise on LMS structure.
• Collaborate with managers to create learning pathways and support the L&D strategy through technology.
• Produce monthly and annual training reports to demonstrate impact and ensure regulatory compliance.
