Job summary

CORE LABORATORIES LP seeks a Global Organizational Development Manager to lead the worldwide learning and development strategy. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to design and deliver leadership, management, and technical programs aligned to business goals.

The role focuses on building a high-performance learning environment, leveraging AI, and driving organizational capability worldwide. A hands-on leader is expected to reinforce core values and employee growth across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field required.
• Ten (10) years of directly related professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee programs that strengthen employee knowledge, skills and behaviors.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve performance and decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and design targeted training programs.
• Collaborate with global BU leads to improve leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Ensure program plans are solid and outcomes are monitored for impact.
• Design and deliver Leadership, Functional Competence, Technical Training, Succession and Talent Development products.
