Job summary

Christie’s is seeking a Learning and Development professional to support the Global Head of Talent Development. The role focuses on tailoring and delivering professional skills learning across the global organisation, with emphasis on OD experience and facilitation.

You will develop and implement L&D strategies, coordinate programmes, oversee induction curricula, and ensure global consistency while adapting to regional needs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication or a related field.
• Experienced trainer and coach with broad knowledge in training.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the global Learning and Development strategy.
• Assist design and delivery of performance development/business skills programmes; revise portfolio as needed.
• Undertake needs analysis, produce project plans, conduct research and deliver improvements for teams/departments.
• Coordinate orientation and induction training for new hires; oversee training curriculum and attendance.
