Job summary

Howden Group Holdings is seeking a Leadership Development Lead to set and deliver the global leadership development strategy, building capabilities, behaviours and succession pipelines across a 56-country footprint. The role emphasizes scalable leadership programmes and a connected learning ecosystem, including coaching, team effectiveness, and AI-enabled leadership capabilities.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage external partners, and govern budgets while ensuring learning

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering leadership development at scale in a global matrixed organisation.
• Strong track record building capability frameworks and flagship leadership programmes.
• Experience building succession and talent pipelines and partnering with Talent and Succession teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching with senior/executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Set global leadership development strategy aligned to business priorities and culture.
• Design and deliver flagship leadership programmes across regions and units.
• Develop a coaching strategy and a team-effectiveness approach at scale.
• Build succession and talent pipelines in partnership with Talent & Succession.
• Embed AI-focused leadership capabilities across the pathway.
