Zachary Daniels are partnering with an international business to recruit a Global Head of Learning & Development, a newly created role with a seat on the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will shape learning across the business and lead an international L&D team to deliver impactful leadership development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an L&D function and developing a team.
• Experience across multiple countries, with appreciation of different cultures and ways of working.
• Experience in a business that has grown significantly, where priorities shift.
• Insights accreditation and using it in practice.

Responsibilities

• Shaping a global learning and development strategy that supports the business through its next growth stage.
• Working closely with senior leaders to identify where development makes the biggest difference.
• Leading, supporting and developing an international L&D team.
• Creating and delivering leadership development that managers can apply in practice.
• Using Insights to help people understand themselves and how they work with others.
• Building a joined-up learning approach across countries, with local flexibility.
• Staying close to day-to-day delivery while balancing priorities.
• Listening to feedback and adapting as the business grows.
