Job summary

Mondrian Alpha is seeking a Global L&D Manager for its London office to design and lead the rollout of an enterprise-wide learning and development strategy. You will own a global portfolio of talent initiatives, including leadership development, manager training and career frameworks, reporting to the Global Head of HR.

The role is highly autonomous and visible, with responsibility for building a high-performing team, managing external partners, and driving impact assessments to continually

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading L&D programmes at a global level.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide learning strategies.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt with C-suite and HR leads.
• Experience building and leading development teams.

Responsibilities
