Job summary

OrderYOYO in Manchester, UK, is seeking an experienced Employee Enablement Manager to design and deliver training across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leadership development. You will own the LMS end to end, create engaging content, measure impact and partner with leaders across functions to close capability gaps.

You will drive training programs, build scalable content, and foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring alignment with our values and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering induction and ongoing training in a high-growth environment.
• Confident facilitation and presentation across in-person and virtual sessions.
• Ability to design training content, materials and assessments.
• Experience facilitating leadership or management development programmes.
• Experience owning or implementing a Learning Management System.
• Strong analytics to measure training impact and tell a story for stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• High energy with a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of training across the employee lifecycle.
• Own and optimize the Learning Management System end to end.
• Create content, materials and assessments aligned to values.
• Measure impact and report on learning outcomes.
• Partner with department heads to identify capability gaps.
• Deliver engaging induction and ongoing training programs.
• Coach leadership programmes and provide feedback.
