Job summary

OrderYOYO is seeking an experienced Employee Enablement Manager to design and deliver training across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the CPO, this role shapes how we grow our people, partnering with department heads across functions and countries to identify capability gaps and implement effective learning.

You’ll own our Learning Management System end to end, create engaging content and measure impact from induction to leadership development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering induction and ongoing training programmes.
• Confident facilitation and presentation skills in person and virtual.
• Experience designing training content across formats.
• Experience facilitating leadership or management development programmes.
• Experience owning or implementing a Learning Management System.
• Strong analytical skills to measure training impact and tell a clear story to stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• High energy with a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging induction programme for new starters.
• Design and deliver ongoing training for tenured employees.
• Facilitate and assess the Leadership Programme across cohorts.
• Coach and reinforce learning in the flow of work with office teams.
• Design high-quality training content, materials and assessments.
• Own the Learning Management System end to end, including adoption.
• Measure training impact and report on learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritise training.
