OrderYOYO is seeking a talented Talent Executive in Manchester to join the People Team. You will help manage recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives while collaborating with UK/IE heads of function. Flexible hours and culture of growth are part of the role.

You will own recruitment processes end-to-end, support development and retention, and help optimise people practices across the business. A proactive, energetic attitude is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition, Development and Retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Function Heads across UK/IE to improve People practices.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from posting ads to onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and optimise ATS usage.
• Identify training needs with heads of talent and development.
