Job summary

Multiverse is seeking a Senior Manager, Coach & Instructor Enablement to strengthen our delivery organisation and scale outcomes across thousands of learners. You will define pillar ownership, establish clear measures, and drive a high-impact enablement strategy with an emphasis on coordination across Delivery, Learning, and Quality teams.

You will lead a team of six specialists, shaping the enablement operations platform and ensuring timely learner achievement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record balancing cross-functional priorities while delivering impact in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
• Demonstrated operator who defines owners, measures, cadence, and reporting.
• Fluent cross-functionally with outcomes reliant on teams you don’t manage.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and managing risk.
• Data-driven: uses performance data to decide where to intervene and hold others accountable.
• AI-native operator building cadences that scale processes with the team.
• Experience in enablement, L&D, delivery operations or quality at scale.
• Apprenticeships or regulated education delivery background is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can draft a one-pager for leadership and run calibrations.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and deliver results for each pillar; define ownership and measures.
• Build Enablement Operations; ensure timely delivery to the right people.
• Prioritise and re-prioritise with a clear, visible enablement roadmap.
• Deliver through collaborations with Learning, Operations, Quality and Delivery.
• Close the feedback loop with Delivery Leadership using data trends.
• Lead and develop six specialists with regular 1:1s and clear metrics.
