Job summary

pladis Global in London seeks an IT Service Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transitions of IT services across five regions, ensuring live readiness and solid service wrappers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT service transitions and ITSM delivery.
• Experience working across multiple regions and vendor ecosystems.
• Strong governance, incident/change management and service readiness capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service transition for new services and major changes.
• Oversee ITSM readiness and standardisation across regions.
• Coordinate with Change Enablement, Release Management and CAB for go/no-go decisions.
• Act as integration point between internal IT teams and AMS/Service Desk providers.
• Lead continual service improvement through reviews of SLAs, incidents and changes.
• Support cost and governance discussions with suppliers and stakeholders.
