Job summary

pladis is seeking an IT Operations Manager – Global Infrastructure to oversee Network, Cloud/Server and DBA services across five regions from our London hub at MIU Campus, Chiswick Park. The role emphasizes service delivery, governance, and multi‑vendor coordination to sustain high availability and security.

You will lead incident response, change management and continuous improvement, working with TechMahindra and other partners to meet SLAs/XLA targets and align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong IT operations leadership spanning Network, Cloud/Server and DBA services.
• Proven incident, problem, change and service level management experience.
• Experience managing large third‑party partners in outsourced models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day delivery for Network, Cloud/Server and DBA services across five global regions.
• Lead major incidents, problem management, change and release governance.
• Governance through KPI/SLA/XLA reviews and incident coordination.
• Coordinate cross‑vendor activity to ensure one‑team outcomes.
• Provide transparent service updates to regional stakeholders.
• Maintain security/compliance alignment and risk mitigation.
