Job summary

pladis is seeking an IT Service Transition Manager to lead the end-to-end transition of IT services across five global regions from our MIU Campus in London. You will ensure robust service wrappers, governance, and operational readiness for live service and early-life support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Service Transition, ITSM or Service Delivery roles in a global organisation.
• Strong working knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Service Level Management.
• Experience defining and implementing transition processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service transition for new services, applications and significant changes across regions.
• Ensure transitions meet Service Acceptance Criteria with a complete operational service wrapper.
• Validate support model, hours, incident/process, escalation paths, runbooks, knowledge articles and CMDB updates.
• Ensure structured handover into Service Operations, including hypercare where required.
• Oversee ITSM delivery across regions and drive standardisation of transition execution.
• Identify readiness risks and drive resolution with stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate with Change Enablement and Release Management for risk assessment and go/no-go governance.
• Act as the integration point between internal IT teams and external AMS/Service Desk providers.
• Establish service review framework and drive continual improvement based on SLA/XLA performance.
