A leading media and entertainment company in London seeks an Intellectual Property Paralegal. The role involves managing trademarks and collaborating with legal teams to ensure compliance and protection of content. Candidates should have at least 5 years of paralegal experience, particularly in intellectual property, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring 4 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a paralegal, preferably in trademark or intellectual property.
• Experience of managing trademark applications, prosecution maintenance, and clearance searches.
• Familiarity with domestic and foreign trademark practice and procedures.

Responsibilities

• File and prosecute UK trademark applications, managing maintenance, renewals, and enforcement.
• Conduct and analyze clearances searches, including trademarks, titles, and editorial.
• Draft correspondence and documentation, including cease and desist letters and agreements.
