Qualifications

• Experience in administration related to import/export or logistics.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and update purchase and sales orders on internal systems.
• Maintain shipment records with ETD/ETA updates.
• Prepare import documentation to meet UK/EU requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure timely product arrivals and stock movement.
