Job summary

Adecco is seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to support the import process for products entering the UK and EU from our Malvern-based operations. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders and storage facilities to ensure on-time delivery and accurate processing of shipments.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining purchase and sales order information.
• Managing order statuses and tracking shipment dates.
• Checking import documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Processing customs, duty and clearance documentation.
• Coordinating deliveries and issuing instructions to storage facilities.
• Monitoring stock receipts and resolving discrepancies.
• Liaising with suppliers, forwarding agents and logistics partners.
• Completing stock reconciliations and maintaining accurate records.
