Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in the United Kingdom seeks a Logistics Coordinator to organize customer shipments and prepare import/export documentation. You will work with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include documentation, customs coordination, and supporting audits, with a focus on compliance and operational controls. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with import/export procedures.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Knowledge of letters of credit, certificates of origin, export licenses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export shipments for customers and liaise with freight forwarders.
• Prepare and issue import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates).
• Coordinate with customs brokers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support audits and internal controls for import/export activities.
