Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking an Import & Export Specialist to manage international shipments and ensure compliant documentation. You will work with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to support accurate movement of goods in a hybrid work setup, primarily based in Dundee.

The Import & Export Specialist is responsible for coordinating international shipments and ensuring accurate and timely import and export documentation. The role works closely with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams to support the smooth movement of goods while ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and company requirements. As part of the Customer Service team, the role plays an important part in delivering an efficient and reliable service to our customers.
