Job summary

Focusrite is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead a consistent H&S culture across its UK and international sites, with regular travel between sites. The role combines hands-on shop floor presence with strategic governance and board-level reporting.

You will own the H&S management system, drive compliance, manage training, and contribute to anti-modern slavery initiatives, ensuring risk is identified, managed and reduced across the group.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent.
• CMIOSH chartered membership desirable.
• Demonstrable experience managing health and safety across multiple sites, including manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and practical application.
• Experience presenting H&S performance to senior leadership or board.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain H&S policies, strategy and annual improvement plan across all sites.
• Own H&S governance framework and reporting cadence to senior management and the board.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and share learnings across sites.
• Oversee H&S training programmes and compliance data collection.
• Coordinate multi-site audits, risk assessments and ISO 45001 alignment.
