Job summary

The Focusrite Group seeks a Health and Safety Manager to lead H&S across multiple sites, including UK and international locations. You will own the H&S management system, drive policy compliance and report to senior leadership.

This hands-on and strategic role requires negotiating with regulators, conducting risk assessments, and embedding safe practices on shop floors and boardroom discussions.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent required.
• Chartered IOSH (CMIOSH) preferred.
• Demonstrable multi-site health and safety leadership.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and board.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain H&S policies, strategy and annual improvement plan across sites.
• Oversee governance, reporting cadence and insight for decision-making.
• Lead incident investigations and risk assessments with robust root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate H&S training programmes and anti-slavery due diligence.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and multi-site H&S compliance.
