Job summary

The Focusrite Group is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead a consistent H&S culture across UK and international sites, with regular travel between sites. The role owns the H&S management system end-to-end, sets policy, drives compliance and reports to senior leadership.

This hands-on and strategic position requires NEBOSH National Diploma, CMIOSH, and a strong track record in manufacturing environments, with the ability to operate on the shop floor and in board meetings.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent required.
• Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) essential.
• Proven track record managing health and safety across multiple sites, including manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and practical applications.
• Experience presenting H&S metrics to senior leadership/board.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain H&S policies, strategy and improvement plan across all sites.
• Own H&S governance and reporting to senior management and board.
• Lead investigations of incidents/near-misses and drive root-cause actions.
• Oversee training programmes and anti-modern slavery reporting requirements.
• Coordinate H&S standards during acquisitions and site expansions.
