Job summary

Ciwmjobs is seeking a Group Health, Safety & ESG Manager to lead HSE and ESG across a multi-site manufacturing group in the UK. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape strategy, drive audits, KPIs and governance, and provide expert guidance to sites and the executive team.

Qualifications

• Significant HSE leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience delivering audits, assurance programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder management at senior leadership/board level.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of HSE and ESG strategy across multiple sites.
• Provide governance and technical expertise to the CEO, Board and executives.
• Deliver audits, inspections and assurance reviews; develop KPIs and reporting.
• Develop ESG framework and sustainability improvement activities.
• Coordinate with external advisers and internal compliance functions.
