Irwin and Colton and a global manufacturing client are seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Manager based in Slough with monthly travel to UK sites. The role offers £55,000 - £62,000 plus bonus, and an excellent benefits package.

You will lead HSE performance across multiple sites, shaping strategy and embedding a proactive safety culture. Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments, NEBOSH certification, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health and Safety qualification.
• Proven HSE leadership in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Health, Safety and Environment management systems with site leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in HSE through audits, inspections and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and best practice while advising stakeholders.
• Promote a positive safety culture through leadership and coaching.
