Health, Safety and Environment Manager based in Slough with travel to UK&I sites is sought by Irwin and Colton for a leadership role in a global manufacturing organisation. The role focuses on shaping safety culture across multiple sites and delivering strategic HSE support to UK locations.

The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH General Certificate, be eligible for IOSH Chartered membership, and have proven HSE performance in manufacturing.

Qualificações

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and IOSH Chartered desirable.
• Experience leading HSE in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the development and implementation of HSE management systems with site leadership teams.
• Driving continuous improvement in HSE performance through audits, inspections, incident investigations and initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, corporate standards and best practice while advising stakeholders.
• Promoting a positive safety culture through visible leadership and stakeholder engagement.
