Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a HR & Payroll Systems Integration professional to support our global HRP practice. The role involves delivering and enhancing TMF integration services for multi-jurisdictional clients, coordinating with Onboarding teams and IT to implement Workday and other HCM integrations.

You will engage with clients and internal stakeholders, drive requirements, and ensure successful delivery of integration solutions across TMF's global offices.

Qualifications

Five years working with integrations for HCM and ERP systems.
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage both functional and technical stakeholders.
Client-facing role requiring clear communication and relationship building.
Understanding of standard payroll processes is beneficial.
Methodical and consultative approach to supporting clients and local teams.

Responsibilities

Provide professional input into TMF's Integration Service offering for local and regional clients.
Support rollout of integrations to new clients including new features and functionality.
Develop and deliver TMF Integration Service for clients using other HCM solutions.
Maintain solution mappings and document process improvements.
Collaborate with local offices and IT to roadmap integration enhancements.
Lead requirements gathering and blueprinting for complex client projects.
