Global HRIS Integration Specialist (Workday/ERP)

Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a HRP Integrations Specialist to support global HR solutions and multi-system integrations. You will work with Workday and other HCM integrations, align with Onboarding teams, and help deliver TMF’s Integration Service to diverse clients.

You will manage technical delivery, collaborate with IT and client teams, and contribute to architecture, migrations, and process improvements in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM integrations and ERP integrations.
• Workday Integration certification is a plus.
• Minimum of five years working with integrations for HCM and ERP systems.
• Strong presentation skills and experience engaging both functional and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of standard payroll processes is beneficial.
• Methodical and consultative approach to client support.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional input into TMF's Integration Service offering for local and regional clients.
• Support rollout of integrations to new clients including new features.
• Develop and deliver TMF Integration Service for other HR solutions.
• Review solution optimisation and document improvements with IT Services.
• Ensure integrations adapt to country deviations and Workday enhancements.
• Build mappings documents to support transformation of client integration files.
• Develop HRP integration solutions and liaison with stakeholders.
• Lead business requirements and blueprinting for complex client projects.
• Act as technical SME on TMF integration solutions.
• Share knowledge via training/webinars and forums.
• Support pre-sales with technical presentations.
