Responsabilités

• Support global HR process transformation initiatives, with an immediate focus on the global Workday implementation.
• Contribute to the design of future-state HR processes that will impact thousands of employees globally.
• Work directly with business leaders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights that support executive decision-making.
• Coordinate project plans, governance activities, and programme deliverables.
• Support testing, process design, documentation, and change readiness activities.
• Prepare presentations, communications, and updates for senior leadership audiences.
