Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with HR systems and HR data.
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors, especially Report Stories.
• Experience collecting, exporting, and analyzing HR data.

Responsibilities

• Support integrations between HR systems and business platforms.
• Design and develop HR reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors and Power BI.
• Propose and deliver system improvements for user experience.
