Job summary

Linklaters in London is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Technology & Data team on a 6-month global HR Transformation programme. You will help standardise HR processes across countries and support the transition to a centralised service model.

You will gather and translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables, facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, and contribute to scalable, globally consistent HR service processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business analysis within HR Services, HR Operations or HR Transformation programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement capability.
• Experience translating business processes into system requirements, ideally relating to HR case management or workflow-driven platforms.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Experience supporting RFP, vendor selection or technology evaluation activities.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies across Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and drive outputs through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements across the full project lifecycle.
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders across multiple locations and functions.
• Creating process maps and identifying opportunities for standardisation and efficiency.
• Translating workshop outputs into solution-ready requirements to support system configuration and future technology selection activities.
• Supporting testing activity, including acceptance criteria definition and UAT.
• Managing stakeholder engagement and driving alignment on key decisions and outcomes.
• Contributing to the design of scalable, globally consistent HR service processes.
